HECS verifies FORTIFIED Roof Evaluation against the IL energy code, IL building code, and any local amendments. For LIHTC-funded multifamily, we coordinate with the state-specific housing finance agency (KHC / IHCDA / OHFA / THDA / IHDA depending on state) on certification requirements.
