What to Have Ready When You Call

To scope your project on the first call, have ready: project name and address (or general location), building type (single-family, multifamily, commercial, institutional), square footage and number of units, program of record (ENERGY STAR, NGBS, FORTIFIED, code-required, etc.), and the rough-in / final inspection schedule. The more detail you can share, the more accurate the fixed-fee proposal will be.

HECS Service Area

HECS serves Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Illinois, and Missouri from our Louisville, Kentucky office. Most projects are within a 4-hour drive. For projects outside that radius, we travel — and the travel cost is quoted up front in the proposal.

What Happens After You Submit the Form

Within one business day, a HECS project manager will email you to confirm the scope and schedule a scoping call. After the call, you receive a fixed-fee proposal. HECS Credentials and Affiliations

All three HECS field techs are NCI Certified Commercial Air Balancers. John Sabbak is an IBHS-trained FORTIFIED Home Evaluator. HECS is credentialed by NCI, ENERGY STAR (Multifamily Reviewer), NGBS Green (Verifier), EarthCraft (Verifier), RESNET (HERS Rater), and ASHRAE (member).
