HECS is intentionally a small, focused team. Every project is staffed by an NCI Certified Commercial Air Balancer who can sign the report and who took the readings. We don't subcontract field work. We don't send unqualified techs. The person who signs your HECS report is the person who took the measurements in the field.
Every HECS engagement is staffed by a tech who can sign the report — and who took the readings. The project manager for your engagement scopes the work, schedules the field visits, and is your single point of contact throughout. The field tech who takes the measurements is the field tech who signs the report. The certifier who signs the report is on-site for the critical test points. There are no handoffs between sales and delivery, no subcontracted field work, and no unqualified techs on your project.
All three HECS field techs hold the NCI Certified Commercial Air Balancer credential (valid through December 2026). John is an IBHS-trained FORTIFIED Home Evaluator. HECS is credentialed by NCI, ENERGY STAR (Multifamily Reviewer), NGBS Green (Verifier), EarthCraft (Verifier), RESNET (HERS Rater), and ASHRAE (member). Every report we deliver is signed by an NCI-certified tech and is audit-grade.
