John Sabbak
Founder & Technical Lead
Founder of HECS. NCI-certified, ASHRAE testing trained, and a certified FORTIFIED Home Evaluator. John is the technical lead and the primary point of contact for clients. He sits on the Kentucky Affordable Housing Coalition technical committee and brings specialized expertise in energy certification, code compliance, and complex utility allowance modeling.
Randy Stromquist
Field Operations Manager
With nearly two decades of construction and energy testing experience, Randy runs the day-to-day field work across Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, West Virginia, Kansas, and Missouri. He is the one with the blower door, the duct tester, and the calm voice on a tight deadline. Projects do not slip when Randy is running them.
Steve Hart
Operations Manager
Operations Manager. Steve handles pre-construction review, contract documents, and project setup. He is NCI Certified Commercial Air Balancer and keeps projects on schedule from kickoff through closeout. Steve is the primary point of contact for new project setup, proposal questions, and scheduling.
