We use your information solely to: (1) respond to your inquiry; (2) schedule evaluations, certifications, or testing services; (3) send appointment reminders; (4) comply with applicable law.

Data Storage

Contact form submissions are stored in our systems (WordPress database + Cloudflare D1) for as long as needed to fulfill your request and provide service. We retain records for up to 7 years for tax/contract compliance unless you request earlier deletion.

Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only with: (1) our scheduling and CRM partners (Calendly, Cloudflare); (2) authorities when legally required.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Kentucky residents have additional rights under the Kentucky Consumer Protection Act. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
