Every report is signed by a credentialed technician — never outsourced.
HECS verifies ENERGY STAR Certification against the IN energy code, IN building code, and any local amendments. For LIHTC-funded multifamily, we coordinate with the state-specific housing finance agency (KHC / IHCDA / OHFA / THDA / IHDA depending on state) on certification requirements.
